Spread across two floors, the house has an open plan living and dining area that opens onto the private terrace and garden, a breakfast room, kitchen and cloak room on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom on the first floor and a further double bedroom in the basement.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and opens on to a large terrace that overlooks the private garden and pool and has views of Vilamoura’s Pinhal Golf course.

The lounge has been comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard and has English satellite TV, DVD/CD player. It is very light and spacious with views of the pool and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has it's own small patio, just off the kitchen there is a breakfast room, which in turns leads to the dining room.

Outside there is a private, environmentally friendly salt water swimming pool with crystal clear water set in a lovely private garden. There is also a large terrace, spacious enough to sun bathe or enjoy an al fresco dinner with a chilled bottle of Portugal’s fine wine. There is also a brick built barbecue should you wish to practice your culinary skills.

Upstairs there is a large terrace off the master bedroom, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
